1. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist/technician.
• Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service charge.
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a fee may apply. This ensures all clients receive the full quality of service without delays.

2. Payment

• Pricing: All service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed on our website or in the salon are indicative, and final pricing may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the service.
• Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Full payment is required upon completion of services.
• Deposits: For bridal or group bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

3. Refunds and Returns

• Services: We strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of beauty services, all completed services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
• Products: Products purchased at GlamFactory Salon are non-refundable. Exchanges may be permitted for unopened items within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

4. Health and Safety

• Allergies and Sensitivities: It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before receiving services. GlamFactory Salon is not responsible for reactions due to unknown allergies or failure to disclose such conditions.
• Contraindications: Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as skin infections or sensitivities. Please consult with your technician if you have concerns.

5. Children and Guests

• Children: For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in treatment areas unless they are receiving a service.
• Guests: Only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment rooms. We encourage guests to wait in the lounge area.

6. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details collected during booking (e.g., contact information, preferences) are for salon use only and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift Cards: GlamFactory gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Promotions: Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers. GlamFactory Salon reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

8. Liability

• GlamFactory Salon is not liable for any damage to personal items, including clothing or accessories, during salon services. We recommend wearing protective garments for hair coloring and chemical treatments.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused to hair, skin, or nails due to failure to follow aftercare instructions or improper home care after receiving services.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• GlamFactory Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client at the discretion of management, including those who exhibit inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, or who fail to comply with the salon’s policies.
